Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was considered among the best athletes. Biles was the first female gymnast from America to ever win four gold medals during the same Games. In Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to ever win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles grew up in Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time she and her sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's interest in gymnastics began when she was just six years old when she took a trip with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained in the hands of Aimee Borman's coaching until 2011. Biles took home a gold medal for floor exercises and also a bronze in vault at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the top level of gymnastics in the year 2011. Two years later, she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles was distinguished by her consistency in performance, vivacious character, as well as the difficulty she encountered across each of the four events such as vault, bars with uneven surfaces and the balance beam.
